Labels delivered quickly so you can get organised sooner.

STANDARD DELIVERY does not incur any additional postage or handling charge and your order is posted to you as quickly as possible. We guarantee that it will be posted from our office no later than 4 working days after your order has been received. You do need to allow for postage time between our office and your letterbox. Please remember that although our website is accessible 24 hours a day our office hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If you place an order outside of our office hours it will be dealt with as an order for the next working day.

EXPRESS DELIVERY is only available within Australia. Orders placed before 5pm are posted from My Name Label the next working day via Australia Post Express Post which guarantees next day delivery to most metropolitan areas. If you do not live within the Australia Post Express Post guaranteed next day delivery area, your order may take 2 days to reach you (this includes suburbs outside the Perth CBD).  To check delivery areas go to www.auspost.com.au  An additional charge of $10 applies to Express Orders to cover the postage cost and the cost of fast tracking the printing of your labels.

INITERNATIONAL DELIVERY incurs an additional postage charge of $10. Orders are mailed from our office no later than 4 working days after your order has been received. Please allow for postage time between Australia and your country. All orders are sent airmail. Please note: As you are purchasing goods from Australia be aware that you may be required to pay import taxes or duty, specific to your country, on delivery.

If you have not received your order and think that you should have it may be lost in the post. Please contact our office on 1300 766 505 and we can confirm the date it was mailed for you.
