Very disappointed. Iwas expecting large bright easily readable name tags the letters were pale thin and too close together. They are disappointed..
Sorry to hear you are disappointed with the look of your labels. We have a range of fonts to choose from. The font selected was a lighter one and the surname in uppercase had a number of letters with straight uprights 'HENNE' that visually made the letters look close together. We will reprint for you in a bolder font that has slightly rounded letter shape which will fix the problem.
The label preview tool can help to select the font that provides the best style for the name and intended use (eg nursing homes).
Coming back for a full pack to start high school with and it's just as good as the one we ordered to kick off primary. We have had to top up over the years, and it has been fantastic to have you in our corner. Keep up the great work (and the mock-up puns)!
Love love love these travel tags. Have been using them for years. The colours are vibrant and as a result luggage is easy to spot. The first lot of tags lasted for ever. The only reason I purchased more was because baggage handlers snapped them. Highly recommended.

IS bought this pack for both my Grand daughters who start day care this year. One in the USA the other in Sydney. I been using these labels for myself for many years now so were confident they would 'do the trick' for my girls.
Their parents were thrilled with the starter pack giving them an idea of how to use the labels to identify the girls' things. They loved the colours and designs I chose. Both asked, "What if we need more?" which was a good indication of their satisfaction of this product.

No idea if they work or not.Ordered in an emergency for my father going into a nursing home. Took 21 days to arrive so I had to find an alternative.
Hi, I'm sorry to hear you did not receive them in time - we know labels for use in aged care are usually needed in a hurry. We printed and shipped the order within 2 days. The order was sent on the 12th December, standard mail (not tracked) as requested, and should only have taken a few days as we are in the same city. Either Australia Post took that long or maybe they got lost in the nursing home where they were sent? We do have an Express Shipping (trackable) option for urgent orders if it is needed.
This is such an important product for my dad in Aged Care. Anytime he needs a new shirt, pyjamas or socks, I can iron the labels on and have them in his wardrobe ready for next day. We don’t have to wait for the staff to do it. The stickers have been great for things like his TV remote control, hearing aide charger and the hundred other things he has. I don’t think we have lost anything.
